About Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA)

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is a subordinate office under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Dealing with and dealing with various topics, matters, and matters in the field and spectrum of corporate affairs regulation, administration, and policy. It was established in 2008 in Manesar, Haryana. It is the only institute in the country that has been authorized by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to run its flagship Graduate Insolvency Program.
It is one of the apex bodies in India, the National Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. NFCSR provides policy support to the government for CSR and conducts various training programs in CSR. It also provides various services to corporates for CSR, including impact assessment, needs assessment, baseline survey, real-time monitoring, etc.
